Lender Exposure on Construction & Development projects is calculated differently to that of a simple investment loan. A Lender’s Interest Margin is added to the quoted SWAP Rates and in some cases a Line Fee may be required; however, generally and indicatively the interest rates are:

Up to  65% LVR	from 6.70% pa
65% - 72% LVR	from 7.30% pa
70% - 75% LVR	from 7.55% pa
75% - 80% LVR	from 10.50% pa
